Arts Council England works to get great art to everyone by championing, developing and investing in artistic experiences that enrich people's lives. As the national development agency for the arts, we support a range of artistic activities from theatre to music, literature to dance, photography to digital art, carnival to crafts.

TMFA10 Latest:

There's a revolution underway in the arts world. Organisations big and small are deploying digital technology to create lively communities way beyond their geographical location and to produce a new and wonderfully diverse generation of public service content. They are also marketing themselves more effectively than ever before. At The Media Festival Arts you'll hear from some of the most imaginative pioneers in this online world. They'll explain the levels on connectivity and engagement that they're achieving and the dynamic delivery of public value that is the result.

Peter Bazalgette, Deputy Chairman, English National Opera

Engage Conference

Making digital collaboration happen across arts, film and media

The Media Festival Arts is the only event to bring the arts, film and media industries together to discuss potential for commercial and creative collaboration in the digital sphere.

The Media Festival Arts brought to you by Broadcast, Screen and shots in partnership with Arts Council England and the UK Film Council will connect forward-thinking arts, film and media organisations to focus on the value and mutual benefit entrenched in digital partnerships. Two days of streamed conference sessions of inspirational, thought-provoking content and an evening of networking will reveal how a digital economy paves the way for new discussions, new collaborations, new ideas and new outcomes. The festival will provide unique networking opportunities with a broad spectrum of attendees from across the arts, media and technology.
